Timing and charges
Any date shown online is an estimate based on current availability and destination. Diwan will confirm the actual date or delivery window. Charges and availability can vary by city, item size, access and special handling. Delays can occur because of stock transfers, suppliers, traffic, weather, security or events outside our reasonable control.
Your responsibilities
Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Before ordering, measure doors, lifts, stairs and the final room, clear a safe route, disclose access restrictions and obtain any building permissions. Extra visits, hoisting, storage or special handling may require a separate charge.
Receipt and failed delivery
An adult authorized to inspect and accept the order must be present. Check quantity and visible condition before signing. If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, details are incorrect, access is unsafe or the item does not fit, Diwan may reschedule and charge reasonable additional delivery or storage costs. Risk passes on delivery to you or your authorized recipient.
