Coverage
The product page or written warranty document may state a warranty period. If no period is stated, do not assume that a separate commercial warranty applies. Any mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Making a claim
Contact Diwan with the original invoice, order number, product reference, photographs and a clear description of the fault. We may need to inspect the product before deciding whether the claim is covered.
Exclusions
Unless a written warranty says otherwise, coverage does not include normal wear, natural variations in wood, leather, stone or fabric, fading, stains, accidental damage, misuse, commercial use, unsuitable environment, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorized repair, or incorrect customer assembly. The remedy under a valid warranty is normally repair or replacement, at the warranty provider’s option.
