Order and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy the listed products. An on-screen or email acknowledgment only confirms receipt. A binding sale is formed when Diwan accepts the order. We may contact you to confirm availability, price, payment, delivery and product details before acceptance.
Products, prices and payment
We try to present products, colours, descriptions, availability and prices accurately, but minor variations and errors can occur. Images are illustrative and natural materials vary. Diwan may correct a material error before acceptance. Payment must use an offered method; ownership remains with the seller until the full amount due is received, to the extent allowed by law.
Delivery, final sale and responsibility
Delivery is governed by the Delivery terms. Diwan does not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds; see Returns & refunds, Cancellation, Damaged or incorrect items and Warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Iraq, and disputes should first be raised with Diwan so we can try to resolve them.
