Before acceptance
An online order is a request to buy. If Diwan has not yet accepted or begun processing it, we may agree to cancel it. Contact us promptly with the order number.
After acceptance or preparation
Orders cannot normally be cancelled after stock has been reserved, transferred, ordered, assembled, customized, dispatched or scheduled for delivery. Refusing delivery does not create a right to cancel, return or receive a refund.
Cancellation by Diwan
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price or description contains a material error, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery is unsafe or impracticable, or fraud is suspected. If Diwan cancels after receiving payment, the amount received for the cancelled item will be returned using an available method.
